This Privacy Policy informs you about the information we collect in the context of our cooperation and explains the purposes of collection and processing, as well as how we use it. Additionally, it introduces you to how we safeguard your information and data, ensuring reliability and confidentiality. 1. Guarantee of data security and confidentiality
Our Company, in order to ensure the proper use and integrity of your personal data and to prevent unauthorized or accidental access, processing, deletion, alteration, or other use, implements appropriate internal policies, while also taking all appropriate organizational, technical, physical, electronic, and procedural security measures, as well as technological standards, in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
The data processing procedure by our Company is carried out in a way that ensures the privacy and physical and logical security of the data, taking into account the latest developments, the cost of implementation, and the nature, scope, context, and purposes of the processing, as well as the risks of varying likelihood and severity to your rights and freedoms.
Our Company has adopted and implemented all security safeguards since the establishment and commencement of operation of our online platform, which have now been established by the EU Regulation 2016/679 (General Data Protection Regulation). Of course, it will continue to act and operate in accordance with the applicable national legislation, Law 2472/1997, Law 3471/2006, and the Decisions and Guidelines of the Data Protection Authority and the European Data Protection Regulation.
2. Your personal data and information
The collection and processing are limited exclusively to the data and information you provide to us with your explicit consent and which are deemed absolutely necessary for informing or even purchasing the products you are interested in. Consequently, for those seeking employment or exploring commercial cooperation with our Company, the information and data that allow the achievement of the above purposes are deemed necessary.
This data is collected through the contact form on our Company's website, via email, and in some cases also by phone. It mainly extends (indicatively and not restrictively) to the full name, contact phone number, and email and postal address.
2.1 For what purposes and actions do we collect your data?
The purposes and actions for which we collect and process data, with your consent, consist of:

After the retention period ends, your personal data is destroyed from our records and system in compliance with our company's policy and provided that its retention is no longer required to fulfill the purposes we described above.

Exclusively to employees, partners, or subcontractors of our Company, who process it for the purpose of implementing the mediation services.

In case data from third-party data controllers come into our possession within the framework of cooperation, the responsibility for ensuring your consent lies with the third-party data controller. Our Company's constant pursuit is to ascertain and verify that the data processing has been done legally.

In the unlikely event that a data leak or breach is detected, the Company will take all necessary measures to inform you and the Authorities. If, consequently, you become aware of any data leak, you are obliged to inform us immediately, within 24 hours from the moment you become aware.

If the data we hold about you is inaccurate or incorrect or incomplete, you have the right to request and correct, supplement, or update it.
Right to deletion - "right to be forgotten"
You have the right to request and ask us to delete or destroy your personal data, provided that this does not conflict with a legal provision (e.g., tax provision).
Right to restrict processing
You have the right to request and ask us to restrict the way we process your data. This means that we can retain your information without the right to further process it, keeping only the same data as needed for future reference.
Right to data portability
You have the right to request the retrieval and reuse or forwarding to third parties of your personal data, for purposes and services you choose and indicate, always in a secure and appropriate manner.
You can exercise all the above rights, as well as the right to withdraw your consent, at any time by submitting a relevant request via email to info@semeliestate.gr or by phone at +30 2103256850. Additionally, you can mail your request to our Company, which is the legal Data Controller of Personal Data.
Our Company will respond to each of your requests within one month of receiving it. Upon your notification, this deadline may be extended by two additional months, if necessary, taking into account the complexity of the request and the number of requests. Any rejection of your request will be made with reasons.
If your requests do not meet the legal requirements, our Company reserves the right to either: (a) impose a reasonable fee, taking into account the administrative costs of providing information or communication or performing the requested action, or (b) refuse to act on your request.
In case of a breach of your personal data, which may pose a high risk to your rights and freedoms and provided that it does not fall under one of the exceptions explicitly provided by law, we undertake to inform you without undue delay.
If there is any doubt about the identity of the natural person submitting the request, we reserve the right to request the provision of additional information required to confirm their identity.
If your rights are violated, we inform you that you have the right to file a complaint with the Data Protection Authority or another competent supervisory authority.

In this case, we will not be able to provide you with our updates and services.
Wine tourism programs are available daily, Monday to Sunday, except Tuesday.
The Estate remains closed on Tuesdays and on public holidays.

For security and children’s safety, the estate is open to individuals over 12 years of age.
To safeguard production and maintain the winery’s rigorous standards, pets are not allowed on the premises.
